Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Radium House, we strive to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their signboards, vehicle wraps, and laser markings. However, since a significant portion of our services involves custom fabrication and sizing, we have established clear guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customized Signage, Number Plates & Nameplates: Since these products are manufactured exactly to your specified text, dimensions, and materials, you can only cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided design layouts or physical production has not yet commenced. Once material cutting or layout printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled, and any advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Vehicle Wrapping Appointments: Advance bookings/booking fees for vehicle wraps can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the slot may result in a forfeiture of the slot booking deposit.
  • Standard Store Products: Pre-made standard signboards, safety stickers, or off-the-shelf accessories can be cancelled at any time before they are handed over to our courier partner.

2. Returns and Replacement Eligibility

  • Standard Products: We offer a 7-day return policy for standard, non-customized products. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the parcel. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Custom Products: Custom-made products (including custom size reflective sign boards, vehicle body wrapping jobs, customized designer plates, and personalized laser markings) are **not eligible** for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except under the following circumstances:
    • The product was received damaged during shipping.
    • There is a manufacturing defect or spelling error that differs from the client-approved proof.
    • The size delivered is significantly different from the dimensions specified in the order receipt.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or if the product inside is defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or a brief video demonstrating the damage or manufacturing defect.

Upon validation, we will initiate a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Process and Timelines

Once your returned item is received at our Ranchi workshop and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately:

  • Payment Source: The refund amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) via our payment gateway processor, Razorpay.
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: If the order was paid via COD (where applicable), refunds will be processed via UPI transfer or bank transfer to details provided securely by you. COD refunds also take 5-7 working days to complete.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns of defective or damaged goods, Radium House will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse you for the return shipping costs (up to a reasonable limit) upon presentation of the shipping receipt.

For standard returns due to change of mind (applicable to standard store products only), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
