1. Definitions

Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Radium House. "You", "user", "client", and "customer" refer to any individual or business registering an account, browsing our website, or purchasing products or booking wrapping/laser marking services.

2. Account Registration and Authentication

To place orders, view order history, or manage customizable design requests, you may be required to sign in or create an account. We use Clerk to handle user registration, authentication, and security. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.

3. Custom Orders and Sizing Specifications

Radium House manufactures customized products, including retro-reflective road sign boards, car/bike full body vinyl wraps, laser markings, number plates, and house nameplates.

• Client Approval: For custom items, we may send you digital proofs/layouts for approval before production begins. Once you approve the layout (via email, WhatsApp, or dashboard), production is initiated.
• Accuracy of Specifications: You are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, design choices, dimensions, layout preferences, and material specifications provided to us are 100% correct. Radium House will not be responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect sizes provided by the client.
• Vehicle Wraps: For wrapping services, the vehicle must be brought to our workshop located in Kathitand, Ratu, Ranchi. Booking slots and schedule delays are governed by the custom booking terms agreed upon during booking.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Invoices

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment Processing: Online store orders and wrap booking advances are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
• Cardholders/Bank accounts: You must use your own bank account/credit card/UPI ID to process payments. We are not liable for transaction failures due to authorization issues or bank servers.
• Invoicing: A GST-compliant invoice will be generated and provided to you upon successful completion of the transaction or upon pickup/delivery of goods.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the website or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• To submit false or misleading information, upload viruses, or compromise the safety and performance of the website.
• To attempt to reverse engineer any Next.js backend, Clerk auth, or Supabase DB systems associated with Radium House.

6. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, logos, designs, graphics, code, and databases are the exclusive property of Radium House and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

We do not guarantee that our website service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no case shall Radium House, our directors, employees, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, arising from your use of the website or any products procured using the service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
