Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Scope

We offer shipping across India, covering most pin codes. Whether you order safety stickers, custom-sized retro-reflective sign boards, or custom nameplates, we ensure safe packaging and transport to your designated delivery address.

2. Processing & Fabrication Timelines

Since many of our products are made-to-order, shipment times depend on the type of product:

• Standard Store Products (Pre-made Stickers, standard signs): Shipped within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Customized Reflective Boards & Nameplates: Requires graphic layout design, plotting, retro-reflective layering, and cutting. These are usually fabricated and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of design approval.
• Bulk Signage Orders (B2B Highway Signage): Delivery timelines for bulk institutional orders are mutually agreed upon at the time of quoting and purchase order submission.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, the estimated delivery transit times are as follows:

• Within Jharkhand: 2 to 4 business days.
• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
• Remote Regions (Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, Lakshadweep, etc.): 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are subject to courier service operations, weather conditions, and regional public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on parcel weight, package dimensions, and delivery location. The exact shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment. For certain high-value orders or promotional periods, free shipping may be applicable.

We partner with reliable courier and transport agencies to handle safe and timely dispatch:

• VRL Logistics / TCI (for bulk and heavy cargo road signboards)

6. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link and consignment number via your registered email address, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can monitor the real-time movement of your package on our partner courier website.

7. Heavy Signage Handling & Local Pickup

Extremely large highway signs or commercial structures may not be shippable through standard couriers.

For such orders, customers can:

• Opt for local pickup at our workshop located at Kathitand, Ratu, Ranchi.
• Coordinate specialized transport vehicles (e.g. mini trucks) with our logistics team.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you realize you have provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please notify us immediately via phone/WhatsApp at 9304940559 before dispatch. Once the parcel is dispatched from our workshop, we cannot alter the address or redirect the package, and any extra shipping fee for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
